Board-Import+ Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Board-Import+. By using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Board-Import+ helps users analyze CSV and XLSX files and create Trello items after review and confirmation. Features, limits, and availability may change over time.
Board-Import+ is an independent service and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Atlassian or Trello. Trello use remains subject to Atlassian's terms.
Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to accept these Terms and comply with Trello's requirements. If you use Board-Import+ for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- having the right to upload and process all submitted data;
- reviewing mappings, validation results, and selected rows before confirming an import;
- maintaining appropriate backups and checking imported results;
- complying with applicable laws and third-party rights;
- keeping your Trello account secure and revoking access if compromise is suspected.
You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass limits, introduce malicious content, access another user's data, or use it for unlawful activity.
Imports and data
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us the limited right to process it only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.
Imports can create or partially create Trello items. Cancellation may not undo completed Trello operations, and Board-Import+ does not guarantee automatic rollback. You must review the proposed import before confirmation.
Availability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue it, including for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Board-Import+ is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Board-Import+ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by law.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Board-Import+ and revoke its Trello access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or a material breach of these Terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Board-Import+ processes personal information.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.
